The Erie Lackawanna Mailing List is dedicated to the discussion of the Erie Lackawanna Railroad/Railway and its predecessors, the Erie Railroad and the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad. Any EL-related topic can be discussed here, and can include (but is not limited to) modeling, history, technical details, and personal recollections. The list is available in a standard mode, where all messages are repeated to all members of the list, or a digest mode, where all messages during the course of one day are collected and sent out to digest list members just once a day. The consolidated digest format is preferred if you would rather not see dozens of individual messages. The standard mode is preferred if you want more timely access to messages on the list. Subscribing to the list is easy! Simply send an E-mail to majordomo@lists.railfan.net, and in the BODY of the message, type in:       subscribe erielack yourname@domain.com where yourname@domain.com is your E-mail address. If you'd like to subscribe to the digest version, replace erielack with erielack-digest. It's that simple! Once you're subscribed, you can post messages to the list by sending an E-mail to erielack@lists.railfan.net. If for any reason you need to unsubscribe from the list, send an E-mail message to majordomo@lists.railfan.net with the following text in the body (not subject) of the message for standard subscriptions:    unsubscribe erielack or for digest subscriptions:    unsubscribe erielack-digest Please note that an archive is maintained of list posts, and can be accessed at:    http://lists.railfan.net/erielack List Rules 1. There is to be no "bashing" of any other list member or topic. This list is to facilitate open and constructive commentary on a variety of topics, 2. No posting of photos or large binary files to this list - if you have a photo or document to share with the list, forward it to me and I will put it up on this page for all to see.
